RETURN POLICY

No Koraé merch is eligible for refund, however, store credit can be issued for specific returns. We don't refund any items. Exchanges are accepted if your product arrives damaged or if a size change is needed. 

To get started with this process, please email us at koraeofficial@gmail.com with your name, order number, and correction needed. We will then move forward with instructions on how to go about your exchange. Product must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still on, in its original packaging. All international exchanges must be submitted within 20 days from the original shipping date and all exchanges within the US must be returned within 7 business days from delivery date. In regards to health regulations, any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted. Products will be reviewed once they've been returned. Koraé reserves the right to refuse, repair or replace any products. If your original product is no longer in stock, we will issue you a store credit. 

 

Depending on what you're using to access our site, qualities can sometimes vary in color. All items to be exchanged must be returned in its original condition. Koraé does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost will be at your own expense. We don't cover any taxes/customs fees that may occur with international shipments.
